Nutrition Consultations

**If you have medical insurance you may be able to claim back part or all of your appointment costs (when booked with our Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian). Please refer to your policy, check with your Provider or ask us for more info.

Individual appointments

Initial Consultation

$195 - Dietitian
$165 - Nutritionist

This is your first step towards a better you! Your first session will take approximately one hour and will leave you feeling inspired to make those changes. After taking a full nutritional assessment, we will review your goals and help you set time frames. From here we will design and structure a personalised nutrition programme taking into account your lifestyle, your exercise habits, your food likes and dislikes, any medical issue, and your hormone status. Then we will educate and motivate you towards achieving your nutrition goals and managing any health conditions. For your initial consultation you will need to have filled out your Personal History form and a 3 day-24 hour recall food diary. These forms will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.

Standard Follow Up

$85 Dietitian
$75 Nutritionist

This is a 25-30min consultation to review your progress, continue with nutrition education and provide new snack and meal suggestions.

We re-take all your measurements (if required), gauge your progress and discuss lifestyle issues that may be affecting your progress.

We also go through recipe ideas to help you build your repertoire of healthy meal options.

Accountability Appointment

$55 Dietitian
$45 Nutritionist

In this 15 minute appointment we re-take measurements (if required), assess your progress and make sure you are achieving your targets.

Booking in for regular accountability follow-ups ensures you have regular nutrition support, are meeting your targets and achieving good results.

Extended Follow Up Appointment

$130 Dietitian
$110 Nutritionist

This 45 minute extended follow up appointment is for previous clients returning after 6 months or more since their last appointment or for current clients requiring more time in their follow up appointments to address complex nutrition issues or specific sporting goals.

Couples Appointments

For optimum results we recommend couples attend their first session individually to allow us time to focus on your individual needs (you are welcome to attend each others appointment).

A 45 minute appointment to review your progress, continue with nutrition education and provide new snack and meal suggestions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our appointment times are highly valued. Failing to attend a booked appointment will result in one concession being forfeited or, where there is no concession card, incur the full cost of the appointment.

Giving less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note all packages, concessions and gift vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase and are non refundable.
The package discount only applies when the package is purchased in full for all sessions.
The same concession card can be used to see any of our RNC nutritionists
